Othmar Hill, together with his then-wife Christine, founded the "Test Psychological Institute," which was later renamed HILL International. After their private separation, HILL Woltron was established, which was taken over by Franz Hill in 1988 and is still led by him today. Hill Woltron is an Austrian family-owned business, run by its owners, and specializes in modern human resource management and comprehensive personnel services. Their diverse team consists of business psychologists, human resource developers, business administrators, and consultants who are passionate about working with people. As recruitment consultants, they have been supporting their clients with great motivation and dedication for over 40 years. They offer flexible and tailored solutions, including traditional personnel search, active sourcing, social media recruiting, and executive search. Their goal is to find suitable specialists and executives for their clients and provide them with the best possible support.

Problem.

Hill Woltron has been active in the Austrian market as a service provider for over 20 years. As part of their online marketing activities, the challenge was to individually promote the regional branches and highlight people and locations in the advertisements. The goal was to implement a cost-efficient search strategy.

Solution.

To increase the visibility of the individual locations and ensure that users searching for relevant keywords in the region or for competitors would see Hill Woltron's ads, targeted Google Search campaigns were created for each location. For these campaigns, only highly precise keyword ranges were selected to ensure that costs remained within the desired budget and that the ads could be specifically targeted to the searching users. This approach allowed us to ensure that the campaigns were not only effective but also reached the right target audience.

Result.

The campaigns were successful shortly after launch and were able to generate many new inquiries. Hill Woltron was very satisfied with the results, and we were able to further optimize the campaigns to achieve the maximum number of inquiries as well as visibility.
