Your tasks:
1. Conceptualization and design of advertising campaigns aligned with target audiences and brand values.
2. Development of ad concepts, creative briefings, and scripts for various media platforms (e.g., social media, video, print).
3. Trend research and integration of current trends into creative concepts.
4. Analysis of target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscapes to develop effective strategies.
5. Monitoring and optimizing campaign performance based on KPIs such as CTR, ROAS, or engagement rates.
6. Collaboration with content creators and agencies to implement concepts.
7. Organization and coordination of collaborations, as well as monitoring ongoing projects.
8. Close coordination with marketing, sales, and creative teams to ensure a consistent brand message.
9. Leading brainstorming sessions and presenting final drafts to stakeholders.

1. Experience in developing creative content for digital platforms (e.g., social media, paid ads) and ideally in design & branding.
2. Knowledge in analyzing campaign data and deriving strategic actions.
3. Ideally, experience in project management and working with content management systems.
