Your tasks:
1. Du unterstützt bei der Identifikation und Analyse potentieller Beteiligungsunternehmen. Dabei lernst du, wie man Geschäftsmodelle bewertet, Marktpotentiale einschätzt und strategische Fit-Analysen durchführt - die Grundlagen des Private Equity Business.
2. Ein wesentlicher Teil ist die Vorbereitung von Due Diligence Prozessen: Research zu Zielunternehmen, Wettbewerbsanalysen, Markteinschätzungen und die Aufbereitung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen für Investments.
3. Du wirkst mit bei der Entwicklung von Pitch-Materialien für Investoren-Gespräche und lernst, wie man komplexe Investmentthesen strukturiert präsentiert. Die Aufbereitung von Portfolio-Performance-Daten für Investor Relations gehört ebenfalls zu deinen Aufgaben.
4. Die strategische Portfolio-Entwicklung gibt dir Einblicke in langfristige Unternehmensführung: Wie identifiziert man Synergien zwischen Beteiligungen? Welche Branchen passen zusammen? Wie entwickelt man eine kohärente Portfolio-Strategie?

1. Dein Profil: Du studierst BWL, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Finance oder ein verwandtes Fach mit Interesse an Investments, M&A und Unternehmensführung. Du möchtest verstehen, wie Beteiligungsgesellschaften funktionieren und Werte schaffen.
2. Analytisches Denken ist deine Stärke - du kannst komplexe Sachverhalte strukturieren, Geschäftsmodelle durchdenken und fundierte Einschätzungen entwickeln. Excel und PowerPoint sind für dich selbstverständliche Arbeitsmittel.
3. Ein grundlegendes Verständnis von Unternehmensbewertung, Finanzanalyse und strategischem Management hilft dir, schnell Mehrwert zu liefern. Deutsch und Englisch beherrschst du verhandlungssicher.
