Your tasks:
1. Du unterstützt bei der Konsolidierung von Finanzdaten aus verschiedenen Portfolio-Unternehmen und lernst, wie Holding-Controlling funktioniert. Die Zusammenführung unterschiedlicher Geschäftsmodelle in ein Gesamt-Reporting ist eine anspruchsvolle, aber lehrreiche Aufgabe.
2. Ein wesentlicher Teil ist die Vorbereitung von Investor Reports: Wie werden Portfolio-Performance, Kennzahlen und Entwicklungen transparent und professionell aufbereitet? Du lernst, was Investoren sehen wollen und wie man komplexe Finanzdaten verständlich darstellt.
3. Die Analyse von Portfolio-Unternehmen auf Basis ihrer Finanzkennzahlen gibt dir Einblicke in verschiedene Geschäftsmodelle. Du erkennst, welche KPIs für unterschiedliche Branchen relevant sind und wie man Performance objektiv bewertet.
4. Bei der Vorbereitung von Budgetplanungen und Forecasts auf Holding-Ebene bist du involviert. Du lernst, wie strategische Finanzplanung über mehrere Unternehmen hinweg funktioniert und wie Kapitalallokation in einer Holding entschieden wird.

1. Du studierst BWL mit Schwerpunkt Finance/Controlling, Wirtschaftsprüfung, Rechnungswesen oder ein verwandtes Fach. Du interessierst dich für Unternehmenssteuerung und möchtest verstehen, wie Holding-Gesellschaften ihre Beteiligungen finanziell führen.
2. Excel ist dein bevorzugtes Arbeitsmittel - Formeln, Pivot-Tabellen und Datenanalyse machen dir Spaß. Du arbeitest präzise, strukturiert und hast ein Auge fürs Detail, besonders wenn es um Zahlen geht.
3. Ein grundlegendes Verständnis von Bilanzierung, Konsolidierung und betriebswirtschaftlichen Kennzahlen bringst du aus deinem Studium mit. Der diskrete Umgang mit vertraulichen Finanzdaten ist für dich selbstverständlich.
